I started jotting down some of my random thoughts. These may coalesce into a personal philosophy of sorts some day.
I am into flight simulators, and I made this little checklist for the Blacksquare Turbine Duke so I can use it on my phone while I sim fullscreen. This is obviously full of gross errors and should never be used for real life flying, duh.
While you are here, why not check out a cool YouTuber?:
- Quiet Nerd makes an interesting vehicle or camper from modular parts, drives it out into nature, and camps for a nigt or two. Sounds dreadfully dull, but it is actually entertaining content if you're into nature, technology, or electric vehicles.
- Sampson Boat Co rebuilt a century-old sailing yacht and is now cruising it all over the world. Top tier craftsmanship. I recommend you start on the first video and watch them all chronologically. Once the restoration was done and the sailing began, the style of the channel changed. Not worse, not better, different.
- Vice Grip Garage goes out there, buys a rotten piece of junk, gets it running, and drives it home. While portraying a goofy, shadetree mechanic persona, Derek is actually super capable, and since he mostly drives junk, there are always interesting problems popping up during revive and drives.
